Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, handling in-person and virtual tax clients with a high-touch, end-to-end service approach.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing a local client base, collaborating with a nationwide network of tax and advisory professionals, and leveraging marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a trusted, ongoing client experience.
• Deliver exceptional, professional service using Intuit tools and video communications.
