Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and team with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and help expand TurboTax services while promoting Intuit’s resources and products.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
