Intuit, Inc. is seeking driven TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and annual engagement opportunities.
