Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice, acting as the local face of TurboTax and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

This role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, growing the local business, and delivering a seamless customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements within an on-site

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service in-person and virtually.
