Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, while building local relationships and expanding the client base.

The role emphasizes deep tax knowledge, onboarding into additional services, and delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with ongoing training and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service across in-person and virtual interactions.
