Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax advice and full-service preparation, working onsite with clients and collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You'll grow local revenue by building relationships, delivering a best-in-class experience, and guiding clients through complex scenarios while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience handling 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Build a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with the wider Intuit team to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain on-site presence Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ~20 hours/week.
