Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships with customers, and participate in community outreach, events, and marketing efforts with the support of Intuit resources and tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Build local client base and drive community engagement.
