Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support, collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will also grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and deliver exceptional service to both in-person and virtual clients, while following training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must work onsite, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
