Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation in a community setting.

You'll work onsite with a team of tax professionals, connect with clients, expand the local TurboTax client base, and coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• Experience filing 1040s for multiple clients annually
• Knowledge of tax laws and deductions
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
