Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice while engaging with the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide a seamless Intuit experience and grow your client base with local events and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours/week and within 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and establish relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
