Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with in-person and virtual clients, addressing simple to complex tax needs and coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

The role emphasizes community outreach, growing the local client base, and delivering a superior customer experience while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to extended Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into multi-year customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and remote interactions.
