Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will handle tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end financial support.

You will grow a local client base, participate in community events, and provide ongoing tax guidance, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment with marketing support and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional tax preparation and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active credentials (EA/CPA) preferred or equivalent, with PTIN where required.
• Ability to build trust and manage client relationships across tax scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local ambassador, grow the client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Develop lasting relationships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
