Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services for personal and business tax needs.

You’ll actively grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios and ensure end-to-end service.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients toward comprehensive solutions.
• Act as local TurboTax ambassador, building trust and ongoing client relationships.
