Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with broader Intuit services to support year-round financial well‑being.

You will grow a local client base, lead community outreach, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns prepared using professional software (≥30 returns).
• Willing to upskill into more services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to training and uniforms; may require name usage for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
