Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to advise clients and prepare tax returns on-site at a local TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver seamless, end-to-end support while growing your client base in the community. You will handle personal and small-business tax scenarios, upskill in related services, and play a key role in delivering educated, personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week, with compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
