Intuit Inc. seeks diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, handling in-person and virtual tax clients with expert advice and full prep services.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while expanding the local client base and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided and use of name/picture for advertising may be required.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive local engagement and brand awareness.
