Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns from simple to complex scenarios, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service. You will help grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and represent Intuit in community events while leveraging marketing and software resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
