Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local client base, host community events, and build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes local entrepreneurship, customer-centric service, and the ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Guide clients to the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.
