Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. You will help grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach while offering a high-touch, trusted service that makes tax

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and future tax planning using team resources.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
