Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax prep and advisory services while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end customer experience with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Familiarity with tax laws and software.
• Customer-facing advisory skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and Credit Karma.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
