Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering on-site tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of financial experts, grow the local client base, and guide clients through a complete TurboTax experience using marketing tools and resources to foster community prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language.
