Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and engaging with the community. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience and ensure customers leave with a clear financial path and renewed confidence in their tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
