Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with tax specialists, grow the local client base, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with company training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma for year-round support.
