Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, host community events, and help customers navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willingness to complete required training and development; uniforms provided; name usage for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax questions.
