Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support both in-person and virtual clients from a TurboTax location.

You will coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You’ll play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships in the community

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to participate in training and up-skilling across services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with other Intuit specialists to offer comprehensive financial services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience.
