Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support in a collaborative, on-site role.

You will build lasting relationships, grow the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit's broader ecosystem of services. This role emphasizes community engagement, personalized service, and a strong customer-first

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and participate in company marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagements.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
