Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build local client relationships, attract new customers, and leverage marketing tools to grow TurboTax’s presence in your community while supporting clients through a range of tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and trust to convert one-time transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and effective communication.
