Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiar with handling 1040 tax returns and tax planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
