Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client prep for simple to complex cases.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
