Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax returns, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You’ll also grow the local client base and build long-term relationships within your community. The role emphasizes readiness to address a wide range of tax scenarios, from simple W-2 filings to complex business

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, >=20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
