Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, advise clients, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services to deliver a complete financial picture. You will also grow the local client base and strengthen relationships through community outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 filings for 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear communication and professional service.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, supporting their year-round needs.
