Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services for individuals and small businesses.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow local client relationships, and leverage marketing resources to attract new clients while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional experience with preparation of personal and business returns.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Onsite work availability 20+ hours/week, with standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Grow local client base and represent TurboTax in the community.
