Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person while helping grow TurboTax's presence in the local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong tax knowledge, PTIN eligibility, and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for TurboTax customers, handling personal and small-business scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, build long-term client relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts.
