Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax products.

As a front-facing on-site role, you’ll build a local client base, engage the community, and collaborate with marketing resources to grow the TurboTax network. A PTIN and active tax licenses are required, with 20+ hours/week availability.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and nurture long-term client relationships.
