Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will serve as a trusted advisor, help navigate personal and business scenarios, and support growth of local client bases through outreach and events.

You will collaborate with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation for personal and business returns.
• Ability to explain complex tax topics in plain language.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete both simple and complex returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience with professionalism and empathy.
