Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will connect clients to Intuit's full ecosystem, from bookkeeping to financial planning, while growing a local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes on-site work, community engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients in a TurboTax office environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador in the community.
