Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance while coordinating with specialists to meet client needs.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build trusted relationships, and help clients plan for the year ahead, including personal and business taxes, while upholding Intuit’s standards and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software, familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as a community ambassador.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Foster long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver end-to-end Intuit services and support.
