Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation and personalized tax guidance to individuals and small businesses, in person and virtually.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and represent TurboTax in community events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships with community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams for a full Intuit ecosystem experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via TurboTax tools.
