Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance, collaborating with a larger team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s local client base, building relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with both in-person and virtual clients, year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver future tax planning advice and optimize deductions for clients.
• Represent as a trusted TurboTax expert in client meetings and marketing activities.
