Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and advice for personal and business scenarios.

You will engage customers, connect them with related Intuit services, and act as a trusted advisor in a collaborative team, building a local client base and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists for complex cases to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience onsite and virtually.
