Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, collaborating with specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions and a seamless client experience.

You will grow your local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to build long-term relationships while upholding company standards and on-site hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and work hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising
• Interest in building local/social presence for TurboTax experts per policy
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals
• Connect clients with Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools
