Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will also grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping with complex scenarios and year-round support.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN number required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and guidance in-person and via video tools.
