Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a passionate TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service preparation for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem and driving local growth through community engagement.

You will work onsite, support personal and business tax needs, and contribute to a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with a focus on education and client success.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax prep experience using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage both in-person and via Intuit video tools to assist clients.
