Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with community members, build a local client base, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services including bookkeeping and payroll.

You will work onsite 20+ hours weekly, provide education and support, and collaborate with a team to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience across in-person and virtual channels.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete training and comply with company requirements, including uniforms and marketing usage.
• Professional experience with holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex filings.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client’s financial picture and needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and services.
