You will work closely with a team of specialists to cover personal and business tax needs, with ongoing support to build long-term client relationships in the local community.

This role emphasizes client growth, referral networks, and using Intuit tools to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for customers and a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• EA certification preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Experience completing 1040s for multiple states recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Develop long-term client relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
