Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, offering personalized tax planning and leveraging the broader Intuit ecosystem to meet client needs.

You will build a local client base, lead community outreach, and collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to ensure a seamless client experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to complementary Intuit services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company policies.
