Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a complete Intuit experience for each client. You’ll act as a local ambassador, growing the client base and building long-term relationships while delivering a top-tier customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Training and development requirements must be completed as directed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to holistic Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, in person or via Intuit video tools.
