Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, with a focus on client satisfaction, community engagement, and local growth opportunities. This role emphasizes a hands-on approach in tax services, advisory capabilities, and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week; peak periods may increase hours.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided; may lead local marketing efforts.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Act as a local market driver, building a client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to support year-round needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear financial guidance.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and community events to grow brand presence.
