Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and driving loyalty with strong service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season). Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.
