Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients with expert tax preparation and software support. You’ll collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and connect with the local community to grow your client base.

You will be a trusted advisor guiding clients through complex scenarios, while promoting Intuit resources and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and completion for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic client tax needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite and virtually.
